The Board of Governors
Consisting of representatives of the Area Board, Transferees (representatives from the local churches), parents and staff, has responsibility for the appointment of staff and the running of the school.

School Leadership
The Principal, Vice Principal and Key Stage Co-ordinators form the School Leadership Team responsible for finance, curriculum policies, communication and the general administration of the school.
The Principal, Vice Principal and Curriculum Co-ordinators are responsible for the development and organisation of the teaching programme in each subject area.
